I have temporarily lost 39 pounds (177-138) and i estimate that about 24 pounds of it is temporary water loss (and a little bit of intestinal content) that will be back on my body within about 3 weeks (bringing me to 162). 13.25 pounds of actual fat which is most welcome and has given me a very low and extremely healthy body fat percentage of perhaps about 7%... and 1.75 pounds of protein-type tissue, the worst of it first.
