I so appreciate your concern for my well being, so thank you. I didn't want to break the fast mid crisis and wanted to hold my ground on that point (in lieu of a forced nutrient deficiency breakage), but i was eager to break it as soon as possible otherwise, largely to be on the safe side and to insure the most enjoyable, beneficial and swift recovery period.

Mighty, please keep us updated on how the refeeding is effecting you. Are you feeling weak? When will your full strength return? What benefits are you experiencing, etc as you refeed. This great story would not be complete without it.

Will do. I am still physically weak, but emotionally excited and strong and the physical weakness seems already to be lifting little by little. I really don't know when to anticipate being back to full strength, but wouldn't expect it for at least 2 or 3 weeks. I do however believe it is possible i might be feeling quite good within 2 or 3 days, no longer weak or dizzy and relatively strong as compared to the past 35 days, ready to engage the world. Benefits: the world seems brighter and more colorful and again i am feeling emotionally fantastic.

You have certainly been an inspiration. You also have given us motivation. You have also shown wisdom in your reasons for breaking it. You definitely were not stubborn about it. All this is good... Thank you for sharing your fast and congratulations on your achievement... Rainy
