Re: and into the NH life path--Chris, couple questions?

Chiron,
yes, I missed your post, so sorry for the delay.

Your mother is on fruit and yogurt mainly, but it would be more ideal if she could combine her foods properly which will help enormously with digestive issues and absorption/assimilation and eventually negate any reason to have iron and B shots.

Repeat what I suggested before for your partner? am having trouble finding it myself.....but........

Signs of MS though not MS.
Sleep apnea with low-oxygen, low-circulation, tiredness and near exhaustion with possible nervous exhaustion

I think I said that his workload should be reduced because if there is more energy "going-out" than "coming-in", it is no wonder he is reacting and feeling the way he is. Overwork is a cause of enervation and the root cause of ill-health.

Good news he has agreed to see a Doctor.
They will probably order blood tests and a complete blood analysis would be the ideal.

These tests will fall under................
#1. Biochemistry - the measurement of the chemical substances carried by the blood: these include Liver function tests and a Lipid Profile.

#2. Hematology - the measurement of various aspects of the cells of the blood and include a Full blood count: white cell count, red cell count, Hemoglobin, and Platelets.
These tests look at the health of your blood AND immune system, as well as the ability of the cells to carry oxygen.

I would also include a Vitamin D3 blood test and where you will probably have to request this, known as a 25 Hydroxy- Vitamin D test, which is the most accurate way to measure how much vitamin D is in your body.
He could well be Vitamin D deficient, as are many many people, and has a very strong bearing on his Immune status and overall health.

Once a complete blood analysis has been done, only then can any further progress be made by the process of elimination of possible causes.

Let me know what they are "exactly" to proceed further.

Best wishes.
