What makes it libelous is the malicious intent by your graphic. Of course, the damages would be measured by any loses incurred by the owner of Bionaid. Your use of copywritten content hi-jacked off of the owner's website is another issue. I've just written the owner about it.

The reason for the larger print is for those that have visual impairments and cannot read small print as easily, and I thought to start using it to help people read the important comments easier. Its a compassionate thing that I do not expect you to understand. No need to cry about it.
