From the scientific perspective, the stabelized oxygen atoms COVALENTLY bonded to the silver ion is going to work significantly more effective and get to places that basic colloidal silver made from home generators will not likely get to, even if it is ozonated and H2O2 is added. The SILVER OZONE WATER is bonded in a reactor process, like the reactor used on the International Space Station. I wish we could all do this at home, but there is more to this reactor. It removes a substantial amount of hydrogen in the process, and this has to be very carefully monitored.
