I have never done a Water Fast before and have not done much research on it. I'm very time restrained at the moment with school. I'm thinking to do a 10 day water fast. I've been feeling quite bad recently, eating all the wrong foods and I think a Water Fast will help me detox and to better control my eating habits.
Could any of you share any tips? Do I simply drink lots of water for those 10 days? How should I break the fast? Soups or juicing?
