Urine smelling body odour - help~

I suffer from Hypothyroid and am experiencing small sores like Acne all over my body, but I need advice on something my Dr. and I think is related to hypothyroidism and that is extreme Body Odor and uncommon perspiration problem.

I need some help with trying to find a way to mask/get rid of Body Odor so intense it smells like urine. I can take a bath with deoderant soap, cover myself with baby powder only to have this weird perspiration happen. I have been kicked out of a store, and have heard several complaints in my Dr.'s waiting room of someone smelling like "pee". imagine my embarrasment when I discovered I was the one they were talking about.

Instead of perspiring under the armpits, I am perspiring from my thyroid, hairline and under my breasts. The smell is overwhelming. I CANNOT use heavy antiperspirants as it tends to produce a chemical burn under my armpits. My right armpit is covered in blisters and sores.

My skin dr prescribed an Antibiotic and flucinonide (timamol 0,05% CR) but that is to take care of the sores, not solve the problem.

anyone have any recommendations? I don't eat any form of spicy food (not even pepper), I don't drink and the only narcotic I take is Percoset for chronic pain. I do not smoke and rarely drink anything caffeinated.
