I've read that the h202 just breaks down the silver particles more. I'm not sure that it actully turn it into covalent silver.

Colloidal Silver just deals with silver Ions.
Covalent silver actually bonds the oxygen and silver atoms together.

My guess is that some high pressure reactor contraption would be need for this process, but thats just a random guess.

The Covalent silver is unbelievably more powerful than the colloidal. Ive even had people tell me it works better than Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ... Crazy!
