Re: Advice On My Colon Cleanse Plan
Thanks so much for all the replies! I've learned so much from joining this forum over the past couple weeks. Prior to this I was under the impression that diet alone would eventually get rid of my candida issue, but now I see that isn't the case.
I plan on getting Jensen's book and reading, but for now I decided to go with psyllium &
Bentonite shakes. I'm starting slowly, 1 shake a day first thing in the morning and will move up to two after a month or so. I've dramatically increased my water intake and am having 3-4 bowel movements a day from one shake. However they are pretty small, I'd say between the 3-4 of them they're probably equivalent to two normal bowel movements.
Some of them are rope shaped, while others are kinda broken up. Also aside from one brown stool, they have all been light tannish in color. I'm very convinced that I havea sluggish liver as well, which I'm hoping to eventually cleanse and help get rid of the white coating on my tongue.
Is it normal for the bowel movements to be somewhat small? As mentioned I'm having 3-4 movements a day right off the bat. Keeping water intake close to a gallon a day and dietary fiber around 30-35g from non-starchy veggies that fit the anti-candida diet.
Would love to hear some opinions on the best home-made probiotics to take after the colon cleanse.
Am I right in thinking I should take the probiotics immediately after the
Colon Cleanse and then begin the
parasite cleanse?
I've narrowed my home-made probiotic choices down to yogurt, kefir and saurkraut..... let me know what you guys think....
Thanks,
Sunny
