First of all, I found out if I had candida (and I did have a systemic case of it 20 years ago) I had other parasites. If my liver hadn't been a presssing issue to clean out first, I would have started with the colon cleanse. A good systemic
parasite cleanse somewhere along the line after colon cleansing is probably indicative or necessary to rid the body totally of candida overrun. So is cleaning out the liver.
parasites eggs are in the junk on the colon wall, go thru the blood and to the liver. Candida is a parasite, too. I had to go kinda round and round with the cleansings until I saw no more parasites, got rid of most of the colon junk and and still seeing liver junk as a result of junk from the rest of the body coming down thru the liver. A lot of that is dead candida. So, for me, it was the whole process for establishing homeostasis in the body. I haven't quite got it all accomplished yet.
I don't know about
Oxypowder . You'll have to get others' input on this. I used Barefoot's LBB and Schulze's bowel cleansing formulas.
Stressed organs are due to toxins that have to be cleaned out by doing a
Colon Cleanse and
Liver Flushes in order for the blood, lymph and tissues to carry these toxins and dead yeast out of the body and so you can get healthy on a cellular level, which is how we get healthy, anyway, and stay that way.
I found it necessary to also use some natural B1 for the adrenals, natural protein and B6. The whole body is involved here, and one doesn't accomplish just getting rid of candida without addressing all the body toxins. Candida is there for a reason, and that's to clean up body toxins and dead cells.
What you're using for herbals, sounds great as does what you have suggested for fermented food that helps the colon keep a balance of the good and bad germs. Your idea of how to do it sounds great. We do add the probiotics if we can't do it with the fermented food and acidophilus products. That's usually someone with a big problem. I always considered yeast as a big problem. It won't get gone until the colon has been successfully cleansed and healed. There's a bit more to do even after you do that, so taking the stuff you're already taking for it sounds great.
I have used B5 for taking care of the acetaldehyde end product of the metabolism of yeast (the stuff that makes you irritable and anxious and isn't good for brain cells) and Biotin to keep it from proliferating until I did a good colon cleanse. I'm still dealing with a bit of it as my colon is not yet completely cleaned out. That can take some time and patience.
Good luck. And I hope my experience helps you out a bit.
