I notice bad die-off anytime I take anything near 50mg of zinc. Thanks for the article, I just I know why know. Zinc testing can be done orally with a liquid zinc chelate bottle. If you can test the zinc when its in your mouth you are supposed to be zinc sufficent if not then you need more zinc
