Hey cheschire, even 7 years later, your post is of very great help. I was desesperate after 7 years of candidose and one of diet, i tested a high level of zinc and saw my symptoms away in a week. Indeed i read your post and some other on the "candida info and support group" on fb. And the "magic" arrived! Yet i got ver very candida sick with a copper suplement and it took me 15 days to got ride again of my candidose. Thank you so much again! Tweet
