Yes, you are doing it the right way,it sounds like a huge difference to accomodate your body with 23 hrs rest daily...Good for you!
My last fast was as close as I could get to "slowing down"...16 days was not sounding like a big deal, but toward the end it was a big deal for me...However, we ( working buddies) will be tagging along as much as we can...It does make me feel better to know that there is some internal detox going onin my body, even though,it was not occuring in the best fasting conditions ...And, I can see overall health improvement , so I am just doing the best I can in my situation...
Please, keep us updated ! If I remember correctly, you are in for a long run..did you mention completion?
