I plan on upping my cal intake...maybe an extra Tbsp of Olive oil and I will be incorporating some avocados into my diet to add cals and fiber. 1000 is just way too low for my size, (even though I wanna drop 15 lbs or so LOL)
I will up my Magnesium as well,( I have no doubt that I am deficient, between the overgrowth, and the fact I was drinking a few beers most nights of the week.) I should add a calcium supp too..
..Bought some fresh garlic yesterday, time to use it :)
You've been on the diet 12 weeks... about how far along did you start feeling mostly "back to normal?" What do you feel brought on your symptoms in the first place? Thanks!
