Hypothyrodism? Test are normal but I'm not

All of my tests are normal, yet, I still have all the symptoms. I especially have fatigue and get bad headaches after I eat (more often after lunch). Has anyone had this headache symptom? I know I just have to have Hypothyroidism. I do have a goiter.
