healing crisis...ugh...filtered water maybe?

hello to the forum,
I haven't been on here in some time, and never was a frequent poster, but I am on day 4 of a Water Fast and this is the only place I can think to come to express the frustration I am having with my current water fast, or maybe I just wish to whine a little =P today was absolutely horrible...and oddly, it is usually day 1-3 where I have 'adjustment issues', except that i prepped for this fast pretty well, juicing for several days prior to water only. Day 4 on water hit and I can not even explain the degree of nausea and stomach upset I am experiencing. I broke out in a rash, I can barely get off the couch from lack of energy and shortness of breath and my body is freezing cold (that always happens, though, and I can't complain too much about that in the New Mexico heat).
So I am wondering, maybe it is the water? the only thing I have really done differently with this fast is I am using purified water (Brita pitcher) instead of Distilled. I have always used Distilled from day 1 and typically have a very harsh time for a couple days, then everything evens out. Not this time!! I wonder if I am just in for a slower detox using the Brita filtered water? It is as if my body finally realized today, yah, you are really detoxing!
I do plan to stick this out to completion as it has been way too long since I have fasted (over a year and a half).
Anyway, thanks for letting me vent...

kozzz
