EFT's a wonderful modality, 'child's play', really! (We should all teach our kids, empowering them thereby.) It's simple to learn, and easy to practise anywhere, once you learn the basic sequence. (You can even, with practise, do it all in your head, if it's not convenient or appropriate to do PHYSICALLY)
I feel it's also a perfect adjunct to water fasting. It can rapidly dissolve transient fears, anxieties, pains, erroneous beliefs, etc.
*****Great also, for that lonely, depressed "life has no sweetness" experience that overcomes many people in the early stages of the water fast, and might derail them.
