Re: Pinworm saga continues
Yes, they come out during the day too especially, like you say, mostly if I'm still but sometimes they are busy all day starting some time around noon no matter what I'm doing.
I still have never seen a live worm but lots of dead ones. I try to squash them and have seen the tiny remains on my undies. It's really hard to see and they dry up so fast there isn't much left but I have a 14x magnifier and that is the only way I can tell for sure what they are. The most unsettling area is when they crawl out my urethra. When I was having a sever allergic reaction to them it was excruciating!! Now that I have the allergies under control, it's just disturbing and disgusting. I've managed to scrape them off 'there' but they are easily squished and I see parts, not a whole worm. Often when I squash them they sting. I guess it's because their glue gets on my skin.
I've been investigating Ayurvedic Medicine and plan to see an East Indian doctor in Abbotsford hopefully next week. There's just no possibility that any local doc will help me at all.
How did you discover that you had them? I think I've had them most if not all of my life and that I only became aware of them when I had an allergic reaction to them. I think that they can be in our bodies without us being aware of any symptoms but can still be causing problems.
Do you think your immune system is ok? I know that mine has always been weak and this may be how they manage to get such a hold. Do you think you may have any other parasites?
