Will be back in August

So,I am done with 16 days fast, my 3rd fast ( 12;12;16 days) in 5 months . Starting slow re-feeding tomorrow. Hope all goes well.Planning next fast in about 2 months.
Thank you all for the support and encouragment !I will try to follow the progress of your success. And , indeed, will have to find Chiron when I am craving some delicious food , he always provides links .. If I hit the bump in the road like before with some crisis-drama, you will see me here before that :-)
Will stay 90:10 raw till then. It seems like works perfect for me and complements the clensing of the body.
