Yes, thank you for sharing! I hav been contact allergy tested, but not food allergy tested- I will get on that! I have been gluten free for about six weeks- you're def onto something here. I'm going to ask my doc about the niacin- I'm a little worried about overdosing. I think women only need 14 mg, so 200 or more sounds like a lot.
