Re: Basically cured, it doesn't happen over night.
Hey, I listed the foods I cut out already for the most part. Mainly:
-Gluten containing grains. Primarily wheat, spelt, rye etc.
-Dairy
-Eggs
-Soy (and other beans as well)
-Other random stuff like cranberries and cherries, almonds as well were a high reaction on the test.
From what I understand these are
food intolerances (possibly brought on by stress and genetics combination), as opposed to allergies. SO as opposed to having an allergic response my stomach lacks what it needs to digest them and bloating, tiredness occurs. Along with poor health and nutritional absorption.
The ayerveda thing I looked into breifly. I wouldn't consider the recommended low raw vegetable and high oil and spice and cooked food diet to be very healthy, but I agree we probably all have similar imbalances in our bodies. ANd meditation and yoga and teas are good too of course.
I don't believe Niacinamide is as effective. The flushing effect is actually a desired response and opens capillaries, allowing increased blood flow and for toxins to be cleansed from the body more rapidly. I am NO expert however, that's just what I remember reading. All I know is it's helped a lot. Like I said, not 100% perfect but I no longer feel embarrassed while eating or feel my lips crack and split when smiling.
My main point is that I think this is a whole-body imbalance not some fungus or thing growing on the lips. SO the whole body needs to be treated. I am just charing what I used to improve my overall health a lot.
