Hi SeattleTom ,

Wow, I thought I was the only one who had this milk thistle problem. You're right about the liver detoxing very rapidly and the colon couldn't eliminate as fast as the liver was detoxing. I'll do as you say and cleanse the bowels and kidney before I do a liver flush. It makes sense. Thanks for the links.
