It would be very difficult for a large parasite to scatter for it could not get through the intestinal wall. However the parasite eggs, especially flukes ova can hatch in the intestine and the larvae can bore through the intestinal wall, gall bladder wall or bile duct in the liver wall and migrate through the tissues. This can happen more often if the intestinal contents are moving through a person slowly giving time for the ova to hatch. This is one reason Hulda Clark advises taking fresh ground cloves to kill the ova before they hatch.
The larva migrating through the tissues will eventually come to rest almost anywhere in the body and usually become encysted. Only a few of the larva cause inflamation - like larval migrans. It seems that using herbal parasite herbs in addition to the DE is a good idea.
