Re: Alternative to using Epsom salts

I have read that doing the Liver Flush WITHOUT the epson salts still works and gets stones out. I absolutely hate the epson salts and plan to try my next Liver Flush without using any epson salt to see what happens.

I believe it was Carolyn Dean M.D. that wrote the book "The Magnesium Miracle" that said it in one of her email newsletters, but don't quote me on that. I would have to go through my hundreds of emails to find it again to be sure.

My last Liver Flush I only did 2 doses of epson salts (2 hours before taking the oil / grapefruit mixture and once in the morning) instead of the 4 doses and I still got out tons of stones.
