Re: Okra...for smooth moves

Dh makes me a bowl of lightly cooked veggies for breakfast, most every day. Cabbage is often one of the four or five greens.

So, with the good pinch of dried okra, I am getting glutathione for chelation and whatever keeps me moving.

Every once in a while I feel I reach a new level of well-being. I certainly enjoy it.

Imagine that I see the dentist who was so cross with me for asking the price of replacing my mercury fillings with 'white'...now listed as a 'wholistic' dentist.

...Now I wonder if it is worth it to try to discuss where he took his 'wholistic' training, and so on...

Sigh!

I know, I know, the client couldn't possibly know as much as, or more, than the 'professional'.

I often think of you, R.G., and your patience with our endless questions.

My friends, for the finest education on herbals, go to http://www.curezone.com/forums/s.asp?f=762&c=0&t=150&ob=d&m=humaworm&p=1

...And read R.G.'s answers to our questions, right from the beginning of this forum.

Eventually, each of us 'gets' it.

Daisymae,

My stroke left me lumbering along at a top speed of SLOW, so, once again a spring is slipping by without my trying gardening theories.

I see finding free land, perhaps along a creekside, and scattering saved seeds.

I may find an organic gardener who agrees, and will try for me.

Hoping so.

F.
