 So, even though now I don't do liver flushes and actually prefer the more gentle approach of bitters, I fully support those that liver flush. No I don't believe those are "stones" coming out anymore, but at a certain point I didn't care. All I know is that I felt much better.

Bile stagnation in particular can be a big issue. This is why I recommend bitters for the bile and hormones  as well as fibers to help with bile production and SMALL amounts of oil with meals to stimulate bile release. At least this will not increase the risk of lodging a stone in the bile ducts, and these suggestions will help to address the root causes of gallstones.
