Gallbladder symptoms?
I have been having pain in my sternum area off an on for the past 10 or so years. It has always been hit or miss. It will feel like something is squeezing my sternum or pushing against it. The pain is intense, but has went subsided with antacids or Nexium. I have stopped taking medications within the past month as I'm going more organic and healthy. I have noticed that when I don't eat as healthy, I hurt again.
Other symptoms I have had, but also come and go: pain in the back of my throat when I swallow(like something sharp is stuck); itchy feet; dry skin; inability to focus; itchy eyes; irritability; soft and peeling finger nails; sulphuric gas (belching and flatulence); and cold hands and feet.
My doctor wasn't sure what it was and ran a blood test. All my levels came back normal, but I was running a low grade fever of 100. I always run low blood pressure (110/60). I am set to speak to a gastroentologist in the middle of May to set up a time to perform a scope. I have a fear they will want to do surgery, and that it will be my gallbladder. My family has a history of it.
Any ideas, help, or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
