Sounds like several separate issues going on. The pain in the esophagus and the belching flatulence indicate a lack of stomach acid and the "catching" feeling could indicate a hiatal hernia:

The lack of stomach acid also interferes with the absorption of silica, which would account for the nail problems. More on stomach acid:

Your other symptoms are all indicative of adrenal and thyroid problems, which can be related since they have a feedback mechanism with each other.

No. Gallbladder attacks could account for some symptoms, but not from the gallbladder removal. The primary symptoms of gallbladder removal are diarrhea from the caustic nature of the bile, which also increases the risk of intestinal cancer. Decreased fat absorption can lead to issues as well such as deficiencies of fat soluble vitamins, dry hair and skin, increased inflammation, etc.
Since Hveragerthi strongly disagrees with liver flushing and does not allow open discussion of liver flushing on his forum-- he should stop being a troll here!
LOL!!! I do allow open DISCUSSION. What I don't allow are childish tactics of saying I am wrong, then when I post more evidence saying I am doubly wrong. That is game playing, not a discussion. If you wanted to discuss the topic then you would have posted some evidence or least a reasonable explanation of your point of view rather than just coming back with I am wring every time I post.
Concentrate on cleaning out your liver and do not listen to this Hveragerthi--he wants to get you over to his forum and ultimately sell you lots of his herbs and cures.
You really cannot stop lying can you?!!! I was on CZ for 8 months before anyone even knew I had a business. And anyone reading my posts can clearly see that I don't push anything. In fact the majority of my recommendations are for things that I have people go to a health food store to get. When I come up with a formula to help your pathological lying I will be sure to notify you right away!!!
So, even though now I don't do liver flushes and actually prefer the more gentle approach of bitters, I fully support those that liver flush. No I don't believe those are "stones" coming out anymore, but at a certain point I didn't care. All I know is that I felt much better.
I actually addressed this in an earlier post:

Bile stagnation in particular can be a big issue. This is why I recommend bitters for the bile and hormones as well as fibers to help with bile production and SMALL amounts of oil with meals to stimulate bile release. At least this will not increase the risk of lodging a stone in the bile ducts, and these suggestions will help to address the root causes of gallstones.
Last time I looked this was a debate forum.
If you want a coffee klatch, go to Starbucks, or to the support groups.
Everyone has a right to come here and express their opinions and state their experiences and their "facts", which are always debatable. Some of us come here to learn.
This is only possible if people are open to listening and sharing information like adults, and not behaving like children throwing insults, not learning anything constructive, and making it difficult for people here to learn and share.
I've noticed Hv goes to other forums and tries to help people. He doesn't "push" his products. He spends his time sharing what he learned even if it's telling someone what they're doing is hurting them. That's what debating is all about. That's what makes this forum great.
There are a lot of people in here who think they know what they're talking about, and that their way is the ONLY way. Most of are like that, most of the time. Then we find people in here who don't agree with us. How do we handle that? We can continue to explain why we believe what we do, ignore them, or debate them. Hopefully, like adults. Maybe we need a debate techniques forum.
It's very important to research, check, research some more and check again, and then if you find some new information you may have to change your fundamental beliefs. That's very difficult for some. We have to decide who to trust and what to believe.
