Re: Natural Hygiene now includes RAW MEAT -- Stanley Bass

In the Stanley Bass interview at 91, his meat on that day of the interview was:

raw organic chicken liver.

In my area, these are my staple raw meats:

- grass fed beef muscle, live fat, liver, heart, bone marrow, brains

- horse meat and horse fat (do not freeze, taste changes when frozen)

- goat muscle, liver, kidneys

- ocean prawns (expensive)

- live oysters (cheap and delicious)

- live clams

- blue marlin (awesome fat) sashimi

- tuna muscle and belly and eggs sashimi

- various small ocean fish

- duck eggs, chicken eggs

- I don't enjoy chicken or duck meat raw so I don't eat it as staple.

- etc.

The raw meat eaters hang out at raw paleo forum

Although I wish more raw meat eaters here posted at raw omnivore.
