Just start with 2 cloves once per day before a meal. Chop the garlic very fine and then place it on a spoon. Spoon it in and chase with water. I never chew it as that what contributes to garlic breath. Our 12 yr old son never smells it on us and he would complain if he did.
Garlic supplements are quite useless. Garlic is a remarkable supplement. Do a little research. Hope this gets the big ones.
