Just curious did you have the testing done before and after supplementing?

Where do you get your info on most sources depeleting CoQ10? Just curious? I get so frustrated as most healthy things always seem to have something to backfire. That and my husband has Congestive Heart failure I would hate to give him CoQ10 although highly recomended.

When my CoQ10 level was tested it was .5 on the lower range of normal according to the charts. I am personally 33 years old but I supplement 400mg normally a day and starting taking it with fish oil and meal for better absorption as before that I didnt feel any results on an empty stomach?

I wish I knew because the thing moved again big time in the car and my husband say me jump. This couldnt just be the Bentonite and psyllium moving through the bowels. I never had this before doing the P and B shakes.

What could be big enough to cause this. Feel like something rolling. The segments in the toilet are flat and round and numerous so I though tapeworm. But could this really be felt almost as if I am pregnant but wrong area and no that isnt possible????

It's kinda freaking me out I am afraid if I go to a doctor I am just going to get looked at funny maybe not my regular doctor as he is openminded but a GI doctor??

Only thing I havent done yet is DE or pineapple fast...but with the pineapple I worry to much about Sugar in them cause I am pre-diabetic.

Thanks. Any suggestions on type of worm/parasite...or what else to do. I did do another 4gms of CoQ10 today but I dont think I will tomorrow as it will finish off my bottle and the stuff isnt cheap.
