Re: Hypothyroid, low cortisol, dizziness, anxiety, fatigue, and shakiness
Is the dizziness constant, or does it come about during certain movements, like standing up from a seated or lying position?
Same question for the shaking...is it around-the-clock? If not, when is it?
Was there any shitty life event (or events?) in Dec. of '09? (Asking because these things often trigger adrenal issues...) Even stress, or "sandwich stress" from a job, family woes, relationship turmoil, etc. can get you a first-class seat on the shitty adrenal train to hell.
Just a heads-up on this next bit: Mainstream, allopathic endocrinologists don't recognize Adrenal Fatigue -- they only recognize the polar "syndromes" of terminally high and low cortisol, Cushing's syndrome and Addison's syndrome, respectively.
Is money a huge issue? If not, you could get a saliva test from the Canary Club, canaryclub.org, and if you are too tired or wired or whatever, I'll lead you to a good one once I figure out how you're set for dough.
I know this sounds odd, but keep your chin up. I've been balls to the motherf-cking wall with AF, I know the state you're in...panic attacks are hell on soil. There are a few good folks on this board in particular who will offer their help and experience.
All my best.
