Anways I wanted to wish you the best and tell you that you can do this!!!Every winter Id have about 4 weeks of deep depression. Of course for no reason. I could sit all day and count my blessings but it wouldnt matter.Ive been cleansing for over a year now and Im just about to hit a year of being vegan. Someone kind of recently made a comment about how I was soo cheery and glowing. And I stopped and just had a WOW moment. I realized I didnt have it this winter!!! SOOOOO cool! Keep going!!
