Hmm... Interesting. So, basically, if I'm in a concrete panel apartment building, I ought to ditch the wallpaper for paint, tear out the old wooden floors and use something synthetic instead like laminate (aka fake plastic hardwood), and install an A/C or otherwise dehumidify the house? Tweet
