Last I checked, cement doesn't mold. All that paperboard or drywall or whatever else fave cheap american construction material does. Chances are, your house's foundation is the only thing that isn't moldy.

As to insulating the house, if you've got a crawlspace all the way under the entire house, just stuff the whole thing with rockwool or something if you want to. Tweet
