from what i have the read the amount of flushes recommened is based on your current health.

perfectly healthy people should flush about 6 times.

and from what i remember you increase the flush by:

healthy - flush 6 times
m0d healthy (allergies, etc) - flush 12
chronic problems (psorisis, etc) - 18

you can repeat the process every two weeks. some people find it be more effective and produce more stones when repeating once a month. Tweet
