Hmmm. That's an interesting thought-

I'l tell you what- I am about to run out to the post ofc, grocery etc.- I'll pick up a few gallons of distilled water and use that for the footbath today. We'll see what results.

My guess is that it may take more salt, since distilled water is notoriously vibrationally dead..

Then we'll know..
I say distilled because I guess that coloring could also be some kind of residue of old cast-iron pipes in certain urban areas.

I will post as soon as I have the data.
