WOW! I just did my 5th footbath and you would be amazed at the amount of red sludge in the water after I got through and let it sit. There is probably a good cup or more of that stuff. I used reasonably hot tap water and 1 &1/2 T. of regular Sea Salt and instead of only 30 minutes, I went for 45. I'm going to do it again this evening to see what else shows up. I was feeling pretty rough before the bath (lack of sleep and pollen alergies that are, for the 1st time causing me to have problems breathing) Now I'm feeling so much better. I think we have a winner....my opinion of the system.
