lol. You're supposed to pass "yellow water". Food/Fiber makes solids. You're not eating food. The 32oz of water in the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) isn't going to turn solid. It's flushing the lemon juice/bile/whatever out of your colon since there's no food to scrape/push it out.
