Can you just eat the seeds instead? I've never seen anyone selling Grapefruit-Seed-Extract in my area... Or is the extract like 10,000 seeds per drop?
As to cauliflower - unless you had it with some evil sauce or garnish - I *seriously* doubt it could impact anything... It's only got like 30 or 40 grams of carbs PER KILO. And I doubt anyone can down a kilo of the stuff in one go!
