So I haven't had any more vomiting episodes since the couple days after I posted.
Today my genitals were relatively free from itch.
Also: over the last few months I've noticed my stool had many sesame seed looking things in it. I used to think they were something I ate, but they were present every single day.
The good news - I guess - is that in the last couple days they are now all gone from my stool - or at least the parts I can see.
I think these are all positive signs. I don't want to be too confident or cocky though.
I am keeping to my diet of meat/vegetables/beans.
I still haven't had any sugars or carbs in 3 weeks now. No fruit/rice/noodles/bread/oats etc.
Defintely no junk food.
All my vegetables are mostly organic. All the meat I eat has been chicken or fish from my local co-op. The chicken is anti-biotic free. Fish lately has been wild caught.
I mostly eat organic black beans I soak and cook myself for carbs.
Since the vomiting episode I got a bit constipated so I picked up some non irradiated pysillium husks that I've been mixing a teaspoon full with water 2-3 times per day - not good tasting BTW.
I also picked up Barlean's Total Omega 3.6.9 in pill form.
I am continuing to use the Renew Life Smart Cleanse as well. I also take 3 Floragen 3's a day for my Probiotic. I also been taking a multi vitamin and every few days garlic supplements.
This week I plan on picking up some
Epsom Salts and taking a bath 2-3 times.
As usual any insight is welcome. I've been trying to think of something to add to my diet, but don't want to ruin anything. I was thinking of adding some almonds, but on that one doctor's forum it says you shouldn't add nuts until 8 weeks or so. I already had some almonds/almond butter last week, but then stopped after I read about the 8 week thing.
