Thanks for all your insights... After the McDonalds idea/comment, I really realized how far I still have to go... I have no confidence that I could go and eat like that for 3 days without negative repercussions. Which I think is telling all by itself.. I think when I finish this protocol and after the 2 week rest period, I am going to do another round/rotation. Maybe then I could think about eating that way (almost 4 months down the line)... But not yet...
