Re: How do you know when you're cured?

I have heard that some people might want to reduce their antifungal intake before taking probiotics because sometimes the antifungals are so strong that they kill the healthy bacteria, but this has not been my experience because this protocol advocates lactobacillus sporogenes, which are a more hardy strain of healthy bacteria (I think it's lactic acid something or other?) that is supposed to be able to withstand the acidity of the stomach and be powerful enough to endure the potency of the antifungals.. Not taking any prescription antifungals, only what you saw on the modern herbalist website and been following that protocol to a T. Thanks for the info about cultured veggies. I will investigate... Relapse is NOT an option, not when I have come so far and am SO close!
