I know this might seem like a stupid question, but I am totally serious... How do you know when you're REALLY better? If EVERYBODY has some candida and SOME candida is always going to be in our systems, then how do we know when we're totally, 100% better? I feel A LOT better than I ever have before and my energy levels are returning. I basically have none of the previous symptoms I used to have that alerted me to the fact that I had candida, except some bloating that I still have and the best way I can describe it without being too graphic is what looks like white "spinkles" in the toilet. Will those ever really go away if we're always going to have some candida? I didn't used to have these before I knew I had candida, but I am still taking antifungals and herbs so I'm wondering if as long as I take them, I will always see this. Without getting an AGI/AIG I don't even know what the test is, is there any other way to be sure? How reliable can the spit test be... I still have a few more weeks on my protocol but am really nervous/scared about resuming a normal diet. I've made so much progress, the idea of eating something like cheese or even fruit is terrifying now. Which sucks, I LOVE cheese and fruit and can't remember the last time I ate them.
