My situation: your views please?

About me: I've done some colon cleansing (Blessed Herbs etc), parasite cleansing (humaworm and paragone) and 3 or 4 liver flushes.

Colon cleansing was beneficial for a short while, parasite cleansing worked well with Paragone but I was disappointed by Humaworm (my bad, I think they were too long in transit to Europe and I left them in my wardrobe for a while before I took them). I've decided in future I'll use Paragone as it's available here in health food stores and works.

Anyway, on to liver flushing. I've done just my first four within the past year. I used Julia Changs tinctures each time. The first 2 flushes went well. The most recent one was last nite, and they dont seem to be going that well.

See, dont get me wrong, I feel grand now, but I didnt see many stones (30-40 max). I'm not exactly feeling euphoria though! I'm considering ramping up my flushing frequency to once every 3 weeks/month (interval to include prep period), but I'm thinking that these tinctures are awful expensive for a 23 yr old with limited cash.

Do ye think its ok to do the prep with Apple Juice alone?

Any tips for other household, cheap stone softeners/liver decongestants?

I'm doing flushing to sort out:

What I think is the beginnings of insulin resistance (Have a lot of lower back fat which I hear is an indication of insulin resistance)

Premature aging (grey delicate hair and I look jiggered with tiredness most of the time, bags under eyes etc)

Excess cortisol (Andrenals etc? Dunno, I carry a lot of abdominal fat which I believe is down to cortisol and stress).

Depression ( had 2 crippling episodes lasting a few months in the past, frightening stuff.......)

Also need to improve mental acuity etc, this has changed in recent yrs and needs improvement.

I'm going ordering present moments kidney tea for kidneys as I have white fatty spots under the eyes on my eye bags which I believe is a sign of kidney congestion.


Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated.
