Re: My situation: your views please?
I have probably taken malic acid for up to two weeks. Malic acid is actually recommended for other issues as an ongoing supplement - a friend takes a malic acid/magnesium combo or something for digestion/colon/something similar or related issues.
Tons of malic acid in cranberry juice. I was getting a lot of stone movement in between flushing and I just didn't have the time or mental willpower to do an emergency flush at the drop of hat with trying to live a daily life. So I "fixed" those stones by trying to keep them soft all the time. Plus malic acid wears their little butts down to size too, so when the flush time comes, they are ready to make a break for it.
That was my experience. Cranberry juice is very detoxifying in general. Based on all my reaserch/personal due diligence, it is a magic potion for supporting the health of the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, flushes fat cells, filled with antioxidants. Can't go wrong with cranberry juice here! Fat Flush Plan calls it the Lifetime Morning Drink (they add psyllium to it, but I don't).
Trader Joe's Pure Unsweetened Cranberry Juice is $3.99 - -dulute 1 part to 7 parts to make cranberry water as in fat flush plan. Drink all day - I drink it instead of plain filtered water. Gives the whole water thing an extra kick.
