Water Rentention/side effects after Mirena removal?

Has anyone experienced any increase in water retention after they had the Mirena removed? I removed my arch nemesis on Monday and since that time I have experienced a LOT of bloating in fingers/face/stomach, etc., which I did not have when I had the Mirena in. I have also had a pretty strong headache and gained a couple pounds since I removed it. I had trouble losing weight on Mirena but I was able to do it and I am terrified that the weight I lost is now coming back....!!! :(

I had the Mirena for about 22 months and in that time I had ZERO sex drive, devilish mood swings and a lot of anxiety. In the last month or so, I started to get terrible Acne on my neck/back. I really debated the removal primarily because I paid so much for it originally and I didn't want to "lose" on my investment. Finally, I just decided to do it because I just didn't feel like myself....although to be honest, I don't remember what that really feels like anymore...

I am starting to worry that I made the wrong decision because I haven't experienced the "Phew" feeling like a number of other users have reported. I know I won't go back to normal immediately, but I am hoping it is not going to get worse....Maybe it wasn't the Mirena?

Are there any recommended supplements that might alleviate some of the bloat/retention?
