Actually, if you visit their website, you can see that there are stem cells, as well as fermented products, so the items you have listed as being able to go purchase and take are not actually in the products.
As I understand it, they start with the ingredients and ferment them with good bacteria, and in the final product, you are getting good bacteria in a base that mimics your body's natural fluids, so that your body recognizes it and does not excrete.
The nutrients are also enzymatically bound, so if your body doesn't need it, it doesn't get used, and if your body does need it, it will.

You went to great lengths to discredit it, have you ever used PCA-Rx before? I have for myself and for clients and it works like nothing else in the world.
