Re: wheat grass

The optimal way to grow it is outside climate permitting. If that isn;t possible then use full spectrum lighting and deep troughs with excellent drainage vs the shallow trays that most grow it in. Then use Colloidal Silver spray on the plants and/or mild h202 ((diluted from food grade) and spray daily.

Also add dilute ocean water (there are ready made products for this) which places minerals into the soil which becomes available to the plants. Then add effective micro-organisms to the soil to help get the minerals from the spoil into the plant. This will also ensure hardy, healthy plants with healthy immune systems that will be disease resistant (ie mold resistant).

Doing all these things will ensure mold free plants and make the grass very nutritionally optimal.

Good luck

Also consider barley grass. Same tips apply.

Then look into sprouting seeds and beans. if you want tips for this let me know. These also supply optimal nutrition for little money. Way better than vegetables.
