Couple tips- don't drink boogers.
I wanna share a few tips I've found that make taking some things on the IP (or in general) a bit easier.
1ST TIP
I take 3 tbsp of Ashwaganda and 3 tbsp of Slippery Elm a day. **T_Montreal - honey - you should be doing the same. You'd benefit hugely from both of them!!! Anyhow, take them together. But you have to do it this way!!! (Seriously)
Slippery Elm becomes super gelatinous within a minute. I think the Slippery Elm porridge is a bit hard to take - it takes time, it's 'slippery' and I don't enjoy it. The Ashwaganda is super bitter and I'm not such a fan. I get a ball jar, put a tbsp of Ashwaganda IN FIRST. Why? Because if you let 1 tbsp of Slippery Elm sit in water while you get the Ashwaganda out - it'll turn to boogers in that super short period of time. Ick! Put your tbsp of Ashwaganda in the water, get your Slipper Elm, add that tbsp and shake for just 10 seconds. If you shake a long time - you're gonna have to drink boogers = no good. Shake 10 seconds, drink down. Remember both have anti-parasitic properties and high minerals - it quells both, makes them much nicer and I can make my 3x's/day with this method.
2ND TIP
When being 'normal' (lol), I eat easily, 6 cloves of garlic a day pretty raw. When IP'ing, I eat about a dozen a day. That's a lotta garlic. I drink probably 6 total in my 'Unybomber'
parasite cocktails. But eating a few more? That got tricky. Ya supposed to do 3 tbsp of Wheatgerm oil/day. And it's yummy - it's like the oil that sits atop the peener butter in a jar. Yum! Nutritional Yeast is LOADED with B Vitamins & minerals (Selenium, too!!). So, I crush & chop garlic (have to crush your garlic - always, always crush your garlic FIRST), put it in a small dish. I add 1-2 tbsp of wheatgerm oil and a tbsp of nutritional yeast. Stir. Eat with a spoon - you'll absolutely love it. It's sooooo good. It's a very good way to get that oil you need, more garlic and more yeast. Just think - this cocktail is loaded with Vitamin E, B vitamins, sulphur, anti-inflammatory properties, oxygen-carrying properties and many other aspects.
